Street Fighting Moves - Do You Know the 4 Necessary Criteria of a Practical Self Protection System?

Do you want to learn a practical self protection system, or are you prone to sign up for some fantasy system of self defense that over-promises and under-delivers? In this article, I will show you the 4 necessary criteria of a practical system of self protection.

The 4 Necessary Criteria of a Practical Self Protection System

I would like to delineate, one-by-one what you need to consider in order to make the best selection for a self defense school.

#1 Necessary Criteria of a Practical Self Protection System - Do They Use Modern Techniques? - If their techniques and fight situations are based on situations and things that happened 500 years ago - forget it. You don't need to know how to use nunchukas or a sword. You need to know how to stab the eyes with car keys and how to get out of a parking lot full of gang members.

#2 Necessary Criteria - Can The Average Person Learn This System? - Does this system require leaping, spinning, flying back kicks to the face and things of this nature? If it does, then what that system is unwittingly saying is that the middle-age person either doesn't have the right to know self defense or that there is no practice recourse.

#3 Necessary Criteria - Is It Simple To Learn? - If the fighting system requires the student to learn countless moves and have to spend years going up various color-belt ranks, then it is not an expedient system.

#4 Necessary Criteria - Have The Techniques of This System Ever Been Proven to Work in Real Situations? - Theoretical martial arts fantasy and wishful thinking will not cut it when you are on the street and your life is on the line in a life and death situation.

So, when you choose whatever fighting system that you choose, make sure it teaches modern techniques, can be learned by the average person, is simple to learn and has been proven to work in real life situations.

Further it will guide you about the initial steps you have to take for the treatment of Numbness and Tingling.

High Carb Or Low Carb Diets?

There has never been so many diet plans out on the market today. Whether it is low carb diets or new fad diets for celebrities. The biggest hype seems to always be around low carb diets for some reason. Low carb diets are pretty self explanatory. You cut out as much carb intake as possible and load up on proteins and fats.

Carbs are known to raise blood sugar unlike protein and carbs. Also sugar is mostly stored in the body as fat. Healthy fats are actually good for you. Protein should always be consumed whether you are cutting carbs or not.

Now there are all types of carbohydrates. There are complex and simple. Now the thing about low carb diets and I think this is the biggest catch for most people. Cutting out carbs cuts out a lot of energy. Also you must avoid any kind of starchey food like the bread and pasta. Sweets were already out of the diet if you were planning to lose fat. Many people lose interest in taking diets that cut out carbs because they get bored with them.

Now there are ways to compromise the two diets. I personally never go on a low carb diet but at the same time I always make sure I don't consume a whole lot. Carbs are important for the body's energy. Remember complex carbs are stored in the body as energy. This is why people that exercise need carbohydrates. That is also why people who are about to run a marathon eat mounds of pasta before a big race.

What you can do instead of avoiding carbs altogether is just balance how much you eat. You can do this eating a lot of carbs on one day and then avoiding them the next. This technique is known as carb cycling. It has worked many times. Or you can balance them each day. Do this making sure each meal has a serving of complex carbs. It could be a slice or two of whole wheat toast in the morning with ham and eggs.

Vegetables and fruit are alos great sources of carbs. Celery is a starchy food loaded with complex carbs. That is why fruit and vegetables can be your source of carbs when you are trying to lose fat. Just make sure you get your five a day. Don't be afraid to have a bowl of oatmeal in the morning as well. This energizes your body for the day. Just try to avoid starchy foods at night time unless you are going to run the next day

Keep in mind that you should mostly eat protein and fats. Foods like chicken, tuna, olive oil, nuts, peanut butter, almonds, salmon, and beans should all be staples in your diet. Just always remember to take everything in moderation. Do not overload your body with carbs. Just eat less of them. This will also settle your craving.

Outsource Article Writing - Effective Tips For Outsourcing Your Article Writing - Part 1 By Sean R Mize Platinum Quality Author

When you are too busy, outsourcing your articles can be the best way to get things done. You can maximize the benefits that this can offer if you do the entire process correctly. Here's how you can make that happen:

1. Give your ghostwriters detailed project description. Don't just say "I need 15 articles about dating". If you really want to get the kind of articles that you need, you will need to give your ghostwriters detailed information. Indicate required word count, preferred writing style (informative, conversational, etc.), required keyword density, and if applicable, the resources to use.

2. Encourage your ghostwriters to ask questions. You must be easy to work with and your ghostwriters must not hesitate to ask you questions regarding the project. Provide them with detailed answers and tell them that they are free to contact you anytime. This will work to your advantage as you can be assured that they do understand what you need.

3. Don't go with the cheapest providers. Although there are some providers who provide great articles for small fees, "cheapest providers" are usually not the best people to work with. Remember, you'll get what you pay for. Be willing to spend more if this means getting the best article writers in the World Wide Web today.

4. Review and proofread the articles. Even if you trust your ghostwriters 100%, don't post the articles they have written for you without proofreading them. Remember, the articles you post under your name will reflect your expertise and credibility. Thus, it is best to make sure that they are all well-written and that they are unique.

What Body Type For Which Exercise?

Running, swimming, jogging, lifting weights. The possibilities are endless when it comes to exercise. Yoga, Swiss ball, kettle bell. There are so many choices - how does one decide what type is right for them? The industry is constantly trying to push new techniques and technologies that promise a whole new you in less and less time. Its hard to know which exercises and equipment work and which don't. Hopefully this article will help you answer this question and make an informated decision about how exercise will suit you best.

The first thing to take into consideration is your size and range of motion. If you are larger and/or you find your joints are always sore, running probably isn't the best exercise choice for you. The amount of weight on your already sore knees will be unhealthy. Like wise exercise machines such as treadmills and elliptical are also definitely out of the question. If you are larger or have sore joints you should first do something that will strengthen your joints. Take some joint repair supplements and start a walking routine. Try to walk a comfortable pace, but push yourself as much as you can. Also, start some weight lifting. Start with lighter weights, then increase to a level where you can feel your joints working but not hurting.

For a medium body type more forms of exercise are open to you. Higher impact activities like sports or yoga become a possibility. Of course you are still welcome to walk and lift weights, but for maximum exercise rewards you probably want to do something a little more challenging then walking. As for weight lifting start with greater weight since you don't have to worry as much about your joints.

If you have thinner body type the world is your oyster, you can do any exercise you want, however you probably want to keep things like weight class in mind if you decide to take up something like judo or wrestling!

I hope this article has given you some ideas and guidance about what exercise will be best for you. In the end, try to find something you enjoy, or learn to enjoy what your doing and you will see far greater benefits because you'll stick to it!

Stretching Guide - Why Stretch?

Do you ever go to the gym and jump straight on the bench and stat to lift the heaviest weight known to man without a warm-up of stretch techniques. Don't Do That!

If you do not know the reasons why you should stretch before and after a workout then read more. I will explain why the muscles have to warm-up first and the potential damage it can do to your body.

When training it is hard to fit it all around your busy life's style and trying to train 3-4 times a week can be a stain, don't forget to warm up and down. You may find yourself that you have only half an hour spare in which to train, and you might be thinking that you should just go straight into having a workout out. Please don't, because you are about to put your muscle under allot of pressure just by doing your workout.

Muscles need to be warmed up before a workout even if you only have 30 minutes spare to train. You must raise your heart beat in order for your body to pump a better flow of oxygen and nutrients around the body which enables us to have a better range of motion when performing exercises. You should stretch your muscles for about 5-10 min before and after training to warm the temperature of the body up to eliminate injury like upper body stretches

1. Warm up the muscle group that your are working on which will allow more oxygen to the muscles

2. Repeat the actions that you are about to perform, this will allow your joints, muscles and nerves to speed up reactions

3. Do not over exert yourself in your warm-up, this will cause you to use stored energy needed to lift weights

Warm up sets can vary depending on the technique, for upper body warm-ups it's recommended that a small warm-up is needed and for lower body workouts, jogging and cycling, will lubricate your knees and can prevent knee from injuries. Stretches for lower back should be done with care.

Make sure you do it the correct way, follow a stretching plan.

Nights at the Roundtable - How to Brainstorm

There are those that say a business is only as good as the ideas that power it. When the ideas dry up the business fails to thrive. Although the reality may not be quite that harsh in the short-term it is definitely true in the long term. If you do not continue to produce ideas as a business that keep you current eventually your business will become obsolete simply through the march of time. Imagine the first producer of the gas lamp. They most certainly would have been a producer of cutting edge technology at the end of the nineteenth century, but if they did not change their product and adapt their ideas, they would be entirely irrelevant today.

For any business to survive in the long term they must constantly re-invent themselves. Producing new ideas, renewing contact with customers and the general public, and staying abreast of the times are not just hopeful goals but outright requirements. In many ways, a business's employees are their brain trust and the smart company takes advantage of this by having regular brainstorming sessions with breakout groups of employees. A really great way to do this is to hold 'supper' sessions just after work hours. Supply pizza and drinks, set up a conference room with white boards and plenty of markers and your brain trust goes to work.

For this type of brainstorming sessions it is best to prepare a few jump-off questions or statements to focus the discussions. Balance the 'talent' in the room between the dreamers and the doers. Your dreamers will be able to rattle off dozens of great ideas and your doers will be able to identify which of the ideas are most likely to work and help to establish implementation plans. This sort of group-think effort can be applied to everything from how to save money on copy paper to what the next great product should be. The only limit is time and your workers can be your best resource. Who would better know how to implement fresh change than those that will be doing the job on a daily basis. Why bring someone in and pay for ideas when they are blooming daily and perhaps remaining unpicked right in the midst of your company

Keeping your business relevant should be one of your number one priorities and employee brainstorming sessions is one very good way to accomplish that. Working in combination with training and business philosophy brainstorming provides a way to balance quality and cost and to help increase company profits. In the end run you want all of your employees to participate in the processes that make your business a success.

Weight Loss Sabotage - 3 Ways Your Thinking Must Change Before a Diet Will Work

Weight loss sabotage is more of a mental issue than a food or laziness issue. You have learned certain patterns of thinking that keep you returning to your old habits and sabotage the progress you have been able to make. This article will introduce you to three ways your thinking is getting in your way.

1. I'm too tired today, I will forget my diet today and pick back up tomorrow. This common procrastination keeps you taking one step forward and one step back and your weight never goes down. There will never be a clear easy path to weight loss, challenges will come up and you must push through them even if you don't feel like it. Do you want the weight off? Then today is the day that happens - not tomorrow.

2. I don't know why I am working so hard, the weight will just come back on when I stop dieting. This is a big weight loss sabotage issue for many people I talk too. You might feel like you can diet for a while but you worry that you won't be able to maintain it. You will maintain your weight if you start to think in a new way, each night before bed acknowledge three things you did well that helped you move toward your goal. This focus on the positives will help you change your mindset and keep the weight off.

3. This is just who I am - people know me as a fat person. Has your weight become your identity? Stop that...your weight is not who you are and just as people have gotten used to seeing you overweight, they will get used to seeing you thin.

Your mind can be lead to weight loss sabotage or weight loss success, you can choose which thoughts to lean on and this will largely determine if you will be successful or stay the same.

Would you like help creating new thoughts for weight loss?

My name is Dr. Becky Gillaspy and for the past 10 years I have worked with clients who struggle with weight loss. What I have found is that most people subconsciously block their ability to lose weight due to a few predictable and correctable factors.

Why You Shouldn't Buy a Train Set

Traditionally most model railroaders get their start in the hobby by purchasing a complete train set. This is not the only solution and often it is not necessarily the best.

If you are still at the beginning of your journey into the world of model railroading, and you have not yet bought a train set, you should look into the possibility of creating your own set. If you choose to build your layout in either HO or N scale you will be able to benefit from the great selection of product available.

Take the time to browse through several well-stocked hobby shops in order to get some ideas. The opportunity to view not only the trains from different eras and livery, but also structures and detail items, will help you to decide on which specific railroad, era and location you will focus. Be sure to discuss your interests with knowledgeable store staff as well as other hobbyists to gather more ideas and guidance.

Your first consideration should be the locomotive. By all means you should purchase the best one you can afford. If necessary, you can reduce the number of cars and hold off on buying too many structures initially.

For a starting track layout, purchase enough sectional or flex track to allow you to build an oval of track with a couple of turnouts. Choose nickel silver track in preference to brass. While both will oxidize and cause connectivity problems, the nickel silver will have better conductivity when corroded and will allow your train to run better.

You can experiment with additional track sections to find a pleasing and functional layout. If you lay your track with combination track-roadbed products you can try various arrangements without having to nail the track in place.

A finishing touch will be a reliable power pack and you will be ready to roll.

If you instead decide to stick with a pre-packaged train set, it is essential to buy the best quality. Steer clear of the low-priced train sets prevalent in toy stores and the discount chains. These sets tend to have poor-quality locomotives, the power packs are not reliable, and most sets come with brass track. Some sets try to impress you with lots of accessories - buildings, trees, telephone poles, and so on - but all these are available separately.

Overseas Bank Account - Watch Out

If you have an overseas bank account and your objective was and is to hide money from the IRS than things have certainly changed for you especially if you bank with UBS. Until recently, you could rely on bank secrecy laws to protect you from disclosure. Now the federal government has successfully taken UBS which is the Union Bank of Switzerland to court in an effort to force the foreign bank to give up the names of American citizens maintaining overseas bank accounts, technically known as non-disclosed accounts to the American government.

The number of Americans maintaining overseas bank account(s) are in the tens of thousands. In a landmark negotiation UBS has agreed to give up the names of several hundred of these account holders who the bank believes are guilty of criminal behavior to the IRS. So if you are a holder of an overseas bank account here's your bet. We know the number of customers having such accounts are in the 50,000 range. If the bank is giving up 250 accounts to start with, is your name in that 250, or are you in the remaining 50,000? That's the bet.

The IRS has created a disclosure program that allows you to reveal your identity to the government until September 23rd. If you do voluntarily come forward, it seems unlikely that the government will pursue the matter criminally which means jail time. There will also be a certain amount of clemency given and certain fines will be avoided. If you wait until after the deadline, or if the government finds you first, we can promise you that you will face a nightmare scenario. The government does know how to make one's life miserable between liens, arrests, confiscations and a whole variety of practices thought up over the last 70 years.

Also keep in mind that these overseas bank accounts are opening up an entire can of worms for the taxpayer. The holding of an overseas account is not a violation of the law. It is the non-disclosure to the IRS that makes it a violation. Hundreds of thousands of Americans have overseas accounts and suffer no penalty whatsoever because they properly note on their tax forms the existence of such accounts and they pay taxes on whatever interest or income is generated by such accounts.

If you have a non-disclosed account than the government has to assume that you have ulterior motives for keeping such account. Perhaps the funds were obtained in an illegal manner to begin with. If the government finds out and comes after you, there will probably be a full investigation as to the reporting of your entire income stream. Probably the best thing you can do right now is to consult with a very sophisticated CPA or tax lawyer. If you feel your case is very complex and there is a likelihood of criminal prosecution, you might consider consulting with a criminal tax attorney of which there are many to choose from. Let your legal representative act as the go-between when interacting with the government. Yes, it is costly but the alternative of interacting yourself is crazy.

How Much Responsibility Can You Handle?

There is nothing wrong with a little responsibility; in fact there are many out there who wish that their kids, spouse or friends would be a little more responsible with their lives. There are also those who feel that their friends, co-workers, bosses or family members could benefit from taking on a little more responsibility. However, with responsibilities, not only can there be great rewards, there can also be backlash that can overwhelm an individual who is doing too much. There are many who are, perhaps, a little afraid to take on too much, which is not uncommon, but there are those who like to take on more when possible and that is where some difficulties can begin.

There are three main different kinds of people out in the world. There are those who do not seem to take any responsibility for anything they do, those who have a decent balance because they take care of what they are responsible for, nothing more and nothing less; then there are those who not only take responsibility for what they should, they also take on even more than that. With this, a serious attitude and outlook of life can develop, the importance of fun can take a back seat, and an ulcer can grow from all the worry they have about not being able to accomplish what they feel they need to. Many in this last situation in life, for some reason, feel that they are responsible for people or situations that, really, are not something they need to be worrying about. By taking on too much, one can forget about their own personal needs while trying to meet those of everyone else's. They will also forget how to have fun, relax and take things in stride. The stress levels increase, as does the stress on the mental and physical parts of the body as the pressure the individual puts themselves under increases. The longer an individual remains on a course like this through their life, the more the chance there is that they will crash. Mental problems, such as anxieties and depression can develop, which will ultimately lead to more devastating consequences if not dealt with. Physical problems, such as ulcers, heart problems, chronic headaches and worse can also develop later in life.

Those who feel they may be the type to take on too much, or worry about too much in their life, would be well advised to take some time to consult an online counselor. Even if online counseling is not something one feels is necessary at this time, speaking with an online therapist can help one sort out their lives and see if they are focusing too much on things that are not as important as they originally thought. Online therapy may seem a bit extreme for some, but those who take advantage of it, even if it is just to have someone to talk to for a little advice, have found that the time is well worth it.

Excessive Compulsive Disorder - The Truth About Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Excessive compulsive disorder plaques millions of people globally and so far there have not been many great answers for it in main stream medicine. You must understand that main stream medicine is medicine and practices that have been accepted by the masses. These practices are ones that prove to be financially lucrative by the companies that control what is accepted and what is banned. It really all boils down to money. So what is it that we can do to get the actual cures for some of these "diseases" to the main stream? After all, you will be told that you cannot cure heart disease but you can only treat it. This is wrong. Look at some of the work from Dr. Rath and you will find a different story.

Many people are telling you that excessive compulsive disorder cannot be cured but in actuality it can be. They don't tell you that it can because they don't know it can because all they've focused on is treating it and not curing it. What is the point of taking a treatment for something when you can take the cure? Which one will make more money for the drug companies and doctors, treatments or cures? You may read this and think it's some kind of propaganda but think about things for yourself. By all means don't take my word for it! No, instead go out there and test what I tell you and find out the results for yourself, you will be both shocked and amazed at how useful the things I tell you can be if you simply apply them. I don't just sit here and write things for my health, I do this because I want to make a difference and I know it will!

Studying excessive compulsive disorder further, we will learn that it doesn't take much to set it off in someone; after all, if you've had it before then it's not hard to relapse. That is, if you are doing things wrong. See most people try to use willpower to achieve the things that they want to achieve but they don't have the power to continue this. The reason is simple: If you don't want to do something like go to a church meeting or something, after awhile you'll find a way to get out of it or you will even make up reasons. It's just how our brains work, we find ways to do what we want to do and less of what we don't want to do. So instead the solution is to make a change in our brain and influence things around us that will help us to do the things that we did not want to at first. Here is an example: Say that you don't want to go to a church meeting but then you make it fun by changing how you look at it and by adding new things such as donuts and good music? All that it often needs are some very small changes.

Think about this, what if you don't want to resist doing a ritual when it comes to excessive compulsive disorder but then if you do decide to not give in that you give yourself a big reward? Then you can condition yourself to see the benefits of not giving in as you test your fears and find out that the fear we fear is often smaller than we thought it was and not as scary as we thought it was, but you need to test it first to know this.

MLM Economics - The Real Story by Brian Horwitz

To hear people go on and on about their MLM opportunities, you'd think making money online is as easy as using an ATM. You hear about the success stories and it gives you the impression that building your business happens overnight. I'm here to burst that bubble and tell you that although you can make a lot money from MLM, it's not going to happen unless you put in the time and lots of work.

Before you get into an MLM business, it's a good idea to know what you're getting yourself into. Here's more or less what you can expect:

You'll be referred to as distributors (or associates, independent business owners, dealers, franchise owners, sales consultants, consultants, independent agents), but basically it's the same thing. You'll represent a company that produces a product or provides a service and get a commission based on the volume of products you and your downline sell.

Compensation plans will differ from company to company, but no matter how attractive it may look like on paper, it will still take 3-5 years of building your business to get to the kind of numbers that produce enough passive income from your residuals. You're building a business and while the programs available to you might be marketed as an "out-of-the-box" solution, there's no getting around that incubation period for your business to mature. I don't mean to discourage anyone. I just want to make a simple but important point--If you set out in MLM with realistic expectations of how long it will take and how much work is actually involved, you'll have a better chance of actually lasting in this industry and being a top earner.

Why will it take so long to see significant passive income? The reality of MLM is that you'll be spending a considerable amount of time just building your network. By that, I'm not just talking about adding as many people as possible. Your time is better spent offering your business opportunity to motivated people who won't give up the first few times they encounter a problem. Fighting attrition is an ongoing concern for any MLM business and you'd do well to ensure that your network is as well trained and committed to reaching targets as you are, to keep them from wandering off into MLM limbo.

That's where your personal leadership comes in. Passive residual income is every online entrepreneur's dream, but it takes active leadership while you're building your business to earn your reward.

So a word to the wise -- don't quit your day job while you're building your MLM business just yet. Take your time and let yourself grow into it. The beauty of MLM is that a small investment can yield tremendous benefits down the road for those willing to stick it out for those 3-5 years. There's also the possibility that as you become more confident with MLM, you'll want to explore other income streams that yield bigger and more immediate residual income like a Top Tier Direct Selling program. In fact, you'll be able to use the skills you picked up from MLM and use them in any type of business.

You'll find that as you progress in MLM, your values shift from thinking of yourself as a "distributor" of a product to thinking of yourself as a "business owner" with the practical experience and training to build more and more businesses that add up to massive residuals. That's about the time when quitting your day job will make perfect sense. That's the point where you realize your financial freedom is well within your grasp.

Candy Samples Are Hard to Find

For free sample fans, one of the most difficult types of samples to find are candy samples. For some reason you can find a slew of free samples for any other products. You would be amazed at how many makeup, snack, paper towel and toilet paper manufacturers are giving away freebies right on their official websites. As a matter of fact, there is no longer a need to search the web for surveys to take or free sample websites. All you really need to do is look up the manufacturer and visit their site. Maybe you might have to sign up for one of their free programs or some sort of news letter but once you do, you are sure to be updated with tons of samples, coupons and other great money saving deals.

If you really have your heart set on getting yourself some free samples of candy, here are a few tips that might help you on your way. I wouldn't recommend searching for free candy sample sites as they are a rare commodity. You will probably only come across misleading and shadier websites. What you can do is bookmark all of your favorite candy related websites. Sites like Mars, Nestle and Willy Wonka are perfect examples. Sign up for any free memberships and programs that they have available and visit their sites often to look for updates. Aside from those few tips I am sorry to say there isn't much you can do.

Hours of searching online and I could only find one site offering free samples of Mars chocolate, secure.realchocolate.com. Although, there are some restrictions. They only offer a sample for the first 250,000 requests and only on Fridays, don't ask me why.

I hope that you found this article informative, good luck finding free candy samples.

Portable Solar Panels - The Beginner's Guide to Understanding Solar Energy

It is now possible to power your favorite gadgets and gizmos using the power of the Sun. Portable solar panels attached to your favorite devices make it easier than ever to power up on the go. But you may be wondering what exactly are portable sun catchers and how are they different than roof mounted solar panels? Learn what they are and if they are right for your lifestyle.

So What Exactly Are These Portable Solar Panels?

Well, you can think of them as little receptors, housed on your favorite gear, waiting to take in the sun's rays. When the sun's rays do hit the little cells that make up the panels, they get excited. Like a little kid in the summer, the cells' think,"The sun is out. Time to play". These cells are formally known as photovoltaic cells; photovoltaic means using light to get electricity. The cells are made up of silicon(the same material that is used in many electronics, including computers, to conduct electricity). When the sun hits the silicon, electrons break away from the cell and move in one direction towards the metal contacts of the cell. Think of it as a race to see who can light up first. The initial voltage of the cell, in combination with the current(contact) of the electrons, causes power and thus electricity to be created.

Solar Problems...Don't Worry

With this explanation, you probably see several problems right away with solar panels. How many electrons are released when the sun shines? How many contacts with metal before the cells wear out? Won't the elements(weather) affect these cells? All great questions and here are the answers. The number of electrons released from each cell depends on a number of factors. The quality of silicon used in the cell, the amount of sun hitting the electrons, and the other materials used in the making of the solar panel all affect the amount of electrons released at any given time. Better design and materials are being used to increase the efficiency of electron movement.

The lifetime of individual cells again depends on materials used and sun exposure. Unfortunately the time period varies so widely that solar panel technology has been hampered by a lack of consistent quality in large scale solar panel farms. Not too worry though, your portable solar panels on your devices will be high quality because there are fewer of them. The elements do affect the cells and that is why they are encased in glass to lessen the effects of rain and wind. Anti-reflective coating helps to mitigate the effects of heat as well.

These portable solar devices use much smaller panels obviously, so they store less than their roof mounted counterparts. But who really wants to carry around a roof panel that usually measures 10 square feet and weighs on average 30 pounds? The portable ones also seem to be able to handle more wear and tear because they are able to be bent and beaten up.

Is Solar Right for You?

Since solar panels rely on the sun, living in a region with constant sunshine is an advantage. There are ways to store solar energy in batteries(these techniques are expensive and outside of the scope of this explanation). Until the cost of storing solar energy goes down, your best bet for living in a minimal sun environment is to get a portable solar powered device. It does not require much energy and you can easily refill it(even with nominal sunlight). So if this solar energy idea sounds good to you, then you will be amazed at what an entire solar panel system can do for your energy needs. Stay tuned for more on that.
